Volunteers have been the lifeblood of Trinona for 11 years! Get a free TRINONA RACE CREW t-shirt, refreshments and a million thankful smiles. Sign up with our volunteer partner, Live Well Winona. We're proud to offer an awesome incentive for anyone who volunteers at 2020 Trinona or Trinona Kid's Triathlon. Sign up and you'll be registered to win one of three $25 gift certificates to Signatures Restaurant, Trinona's Food Partner for this year's post-race meal.
This event is sanctioned by USAT. Adults without USAT MEMBERSIP will be required to pay an additional $15 for a single event license from USAT. Children without a USAT membership will be required to purchase an annual membership for a cost of $10. USAT membership offers a wide range of benefits, in addition to race day insurance.
Please note, there are no refunds, transfers or exchanges of registrations for any reason, unless you have purchased the registration refund coverage option and have a covered reason. Fees listed above do not include processing fees.

Things happen, we get it. And while we do have a no-refund policy, we offer a $15 deferral fee for transferring to 2021 Trinona.
