The Life Time Kids Tri Winona is a swim/bike/run triathlon for kids, ages 5-13. Waves will be based on age. Each triathlete will swim first in the St. Mary's University pool, go directly to bicycling and finish the competition running around the paths surrounding the University. This is a fantastic opportunity for your child to participate in an enjoyable, low-key, athletic competition.

Healthy People. As part of our mission, the Life Time Foundation has partnered with schools across the country to improve the quality and nutrition of their school lunches. We've eliminated bleached flour, processed sugar, food coloring, high-fructose corn syrup, preservatives, hormones, and trans fats from their lunch menu in order to help build healthy eating habits for the future.
We're expanding to improve school lunches in all markets where Life Time operates. Encourage your local school to apply to be selected and give students a healthier future. Our philosophy is to promote serving real, whole foods and eliminating the following from school lunches:
• High Fructose Corn Syrup
• Artificial Colors
• Added & Artificial Sweeteners
• Artificial Preservatives
• Trans Fats
• Hormones & Antibiotics
• Bleached Flour
Anyone can start the process. Today, 26 schools are serving healthy lunches with our help. And, we aim to grow to over 100 schools in the next year!
Congratulations to all of our 2015 Life Time Kids Tri Winona athletes!
