Assist with packet pick-up, goodie bags, and team check-in at the race expo prior to the race. Volunteers will also be needed the morning of the event (Sunday)!

Set up includes: swim course, swim staging areas, transition, finish line, finish/race area and prep for morning bike signage and run course set-up. There’s A LOT to do…and we could really use your help!

This event takes place at St. Mary’s on Saturday, June 9. We need volunteers to do everything from packet pick-up to transition tables, route-safety, and track monitor. This event is a one-of-a-kind. Help out if you can!

Race Day Assignments - Sunday, June 10th

We need leaders! If you have volunteer experience at Trinona or other events, this could be the job for you! Choose your area of expertise:

Committed to a greener way of life? Help us in our goal to keep Trinona green through recycling and composting.

Volunteers will be stationed throughout the swim course. Current Lifeguard and CPR Certification necessary. Volunteers will also assist in staging for start and clean-up.

Volunteers are located at key areas throughout Transition to assist in securing entrances and making sure that only athletes enter the transition area. Transition is located at the Winona Bandshell.

Volunteers are needed in various locations along the course to make sure that athletes remain on the right path and heading in the correct direction. This is an extremely important job and the need is great!

Volunteers in this position will hand out sports drink and nutrition to racers. Another big part of the job is cheering!

Assist with packet pick up, goodie bags, and team check-in at the race expo prior to the race. Volunteers will also be marking athletes with race #’s.

Assistance at the finish line is needed handing out water, medals and removing athlete timing chips. And…we may give you a cow bell to ring!

Located near the finish line, volunteers will serve food and beverages to the athletes, spectators, and volunteers.

We are always looking for qualified medical personnel to assist at the Finish Line Medical Tent or on the race route.

We’d really like to offer massage to athletes at the end of the race this year. Are you a licensed massage therapist who’d like to get involved?

The most important part of the day. If you’ve got a couple hours to spare after the race, we NEED your help! Hint: You could add this onto a morning volunteer position!

These volunteers will work with our timing company at various locations throughout the swim, bike, and run course.

This team of volunteers will be assigned to work in multiple areas of need throughout the day. Flexibility is a necessity to this assignment.
